WORK DUTY

WORK DUTY / ASSIGNMENT REQUIREMENTS:

VPAA relies on volunteers to help keep the concession stand running. Therefore, VPAA requires each family with children ages 4u through 14u to work one or two work duty’s per season. Concession assignments are scheduled by team coach.  Parents may choose to buy out of volunteer work duty for $50 per player.  This buyout fee is non-refundable under any circumstance.

WORK DUTY / ASSIGNMENT PAYMENT AGREEMENT:

A $100 check made payable to VPAA will be required as a guarantee to VPAA that you will work your concession assignment as scheduled by your coach. The deposit check MUST be turned into your team coach prior to your teams first game. Please add your coaches name and date of your assignment in the notes section of your check.  Your check will be returned to you upon completion of your work assignment. Any checks left at the end of the day for parents that did not show for their shift will be deposited within 48 hours. Checks will need to be collected by the coaches and will need to be turned in to VPAA prior to the start of county games. That includes the preseason tournament. Parents that buyout will not need to turn in checks.
